MARKETING  COORDINATOR - Proven Resource LLC is a professional firm that supports legal and financial marketing for Soble PLC. Our business is growing rapidly and we are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator our Farmington Hills office.

POSITION : The position of Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting the marketing department in the development and execution of direct marketing programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Assist in acquisition, maintenance, analysis and utilization of customer lists.

2. Support customer communication, mailings, online and related activities.

3. Assist the Marketing Associate with the implementation of a complete marketing program and marketing initiatives.

4. Among other things, the Marketing Assistant will assist in writing and designing marketing materials, which include but are not limited to articles, presentations, brochures, press releases, and monthly newsletters. Help with website organization and updates.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication (both written and oral) and research skills. Good analytical and creative problem solving skills. “People person” who is confident and has a positive personality. Strong organizational and time management skills are critical – must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.

Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment. Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a demanding but collaborative environment.

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Google and Excel. Must be proficient on the computer. (NOTE WELL: DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS AD IF YOU ARE NOT PROFICIENT WITH EXCEL AND WORD.)
